What we collect

decoded.report records ticker searches, report views, share and Bag Check events, referral parameters, and Telegram watch subscriptions. Telegram subscriptions use the Telegram chat identifier supplied by Telegram and the tickers you choose to watch. We do not ask for or store passwords or email addresses for the notification service.

Why we collect it

We use this information to operate filing alerts, understand which tickers are requested, improve the service, and measure referral traffic. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

Operational records are kept while needed for the service. Send a request to contact@decoded.report to ask about deletion or access. Telegram controls your account and can stop the bot from sending messages when you use /unwatch ALL.

Sources and third parties

Reports retrieve public records from the SEC and other public data services. Telegram processes bot messages and subscriptions. Those providers may process requests under their own policies.
